Honestly, Halle Berry read it wrong. The second half of that line is supposed to be tossed-off, not delivered all-serious. That line still remains a hilarious footnote to that first X-MEN movie. 🙂
Morgan’s guy is up next– but I’m not done with the Grim n’ Gritty Bravado just yet… next week we meet the mastermind of this endeavor… (pssst, he debuted this week in that last panel…)
If Bravado keeps going, he’ll be The Gimp soon. That’s a tough sell to the public. Bill, really like how Morgan and Simon actually show a wardrobe, as opposed to a fixed look – might be tough to draw, but much appreciated.
Just found this webcomic and read up to here in one sitting. So I want another three episodes up by tomorrow, please. Great artwork and great storyline. Keep it coming, you evil genius you.
Oh dear…. the thin grey line of sanity is apparently measured only in body bags
… and a little side poke at Joss Whedon, I see 🙂
He’s not Bravado anymore. He is now called the Black Bee. Stinging Justice to all who dares to go head to stinger with him! lol
It is a good line. One of the few redeeming features of the movie in which it originally appeared …
😉

A shame they couldn’t have chosen someone who could act for the role.
Was recently rewatching Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, and Imam definitely seemed like she could have made a fantastic Ororo.
‘scuse me, Iman.
Umm I don’t think this one works what’s next something similar to the Superman?

Thansks, dude!
This reminds me a LOT of Frank Miller’s All-Star Batman and Robin.
