“Bad For Business” p01
And with that, our sixth storyline begins in earnest — picking up from our last game-changing cliffhanger!
Oh, Brody, The feelz!
The plot twists and turns will fly fast and furious, some come back every Friday to share in the fun.
Next week, I’ll be at the New York Comic Con on the show floor, booth #1341. Per usual, I’ll have comics, prints and commissions. My commission list is officially open NOW if you would like a piece!
Hope to see you there, Heroites!

…. WhooHooo! New Story timez!!!
Hoo boy, this prologue reminds me of the ‘I’ve been out for ___ days????’ gag from the 2nd episode of ‘The Critic’, “Miserable” (a parody of Misery). Good thing about this though is that Parker neither looks like Kathy Bates nor sounds like Pamela Reed.
Wow that’s a deep comparison
The episode or the actresses?
Be honest, Brody — you were hoping that your first night with Parker would involve handcuffs, weren’t you?
LOL, maybe it’s it’s the begining and middle parts he wished were different.
Hmm, since the last relevant strip was like 20 strips back, you might want to consider a “related strip” link.
I did a recap page one back, but I’ll add a link to the last page in the upfront! 😀
i hope this end’s well i really like parker/brody
Stuff just got REAL for Brody…Can’t wait to see how this turns out!
She’s not going to be real happy when she gets home in nine hours with him unable to get to a toilet. And that’s a window frame behind him; he ought to be able to bust that window and make enough noise to get some police sniffing around. Chains on a radiator ought to be pretty noisy as well.
Of course, she might have cast a dominatrix/passivity wuss spell on him, and maybe there’s a spell to magically transport bodily wastes away. Theodore Sturgeon did something similar in his BABY IS THREE.
Finally up-to-date!
Also, not a criticism, but I would love to see a crossover with Ed Gedeon’s Everyday Heroes. Totally Epic!
I’ll have to look into that one!
Man, Brody kinda looks…. Heroic in panel 4. Is he going to try and step up and stop the evil plan??
Wow. Coming back to this after watching more recent Agents of SHIELD episodes… this is reminding me of that whole situation involving Hunter. Complete with being handcuffed to a piped appliance (I can’t recall if it was really a radiator or not, but it was in a bathroom, so definitely pipes involved).
I’m assuming both are references to scenes from the comics involving someone confronting a coworker with a secret.
