“Bad For Business” p13
According to Malefactor, you don;’t throw out the bad ideas, you build on them!
Poor Eli, still itching to use that laser gun. And always getting denied. Even Parker got a chance to use it!
So, any guesses as to Parker’s “killer idea”?
Rename the comics “The Villain Business”?
she’s going to go find an evil contract attorney of her own to find the loophole.
(not a very fun or creative answer, but it’s the best I got right now)
“an evil contract attorney” is kinda redundant isn’t it?
Not when you consider how into specifics and legalese lawyers are…
Awww. No laser guns. But as a guy with experience writing a demon sorceress I can tells ya they aren’t too effective against Hellfire and magick spells. (Sorceresses always spell it with a K at the end,) Maybe Next time Malefactor will get a chance to shoot his big gun. Eager to find out what Parker’s plan is.
Branch out to villain marketing.
Hopefully it works better than the Lobe’s plan of using a cloud to turn people into clowns, or Dr. Mystico’s plan to create and army of super apes–using the likes of Freakazoid, Caveguy, the Lobe, even Leonard Maltin–to take over Cleveland.
Wow, Eli must really want to use that laser. He didn’t even acknowledge that, “You’re a genius” compliment.
Even so, I see Chekhov smiling at mention of the laser gun.
This just leaves me wondering about Parker’s father again. Is he someone we know? Is he a demon, human, alien, or what? (Is he a retired supervillain coworker?)
Those crafy loopholes are the worst. Without the ‘t,’ you can’t even them turn them around on Demonatrix. Diabolical! Still, given Eli’s comment, I’m having a hard time seeing how she’s any different from, say, a credit card corporation.
Is Parker about to expand Hero Business’ client base?
I think we’re the only two who’ve spotted that, Raoulle… if we don’t make a fuss
about it, and reveal ourselves, it will drive Bill wild figuring out what we’re on
about. 🙂
Eli…
heh. fixed.
Put villains under contract? 😀
