I like Parker’s expression in panel two – a mixture of amusement and discomfort: let’s not go there doc! Also: upgrade? His scientific knowledge, or his malbots? Possibly his social skills.
Parker’s pose in the first panel is very reminiscent of Hamlet, I’m assuming that was the idea. Also I’ve been wondering who her mom is, didn’t Louie mention her in an earlier arc?
Quick Pseudo-Psychology…. thing:
“You don’t know what you have until it’s gone.” Fortunately for Malefactor, he was able to get it back (and he knows it!).
Very sweet, in a criminal, sociopathic manner
That was the vibe I was going for… 🙂
and thus ends another arc….Which still leaves me wondering….WHO IS PARKER’S FATHER!?
we’re ALMOST done with this arc…. two more pages….
I love Parker’s pose in the first panel. “Alas, poor Mal-bot!”
That was the idea, so glad you caught it!
Aww.
Like Jude Deluca said, but more focused on the whole smile bit:
D’awww.

That’s exactly the expression I wanted to convey. Hurray! As far as “upgrade”, it has multiple meanings but also see page 15 of this storyline…. ; )
Mal-bots, positivly

I’m quite sure that didn’t happen… for a number of reasons…. 🙂 stay tuned!
