“Frenemy Mine” p15
After a successful New York Comic-Con 2012, The Hero Business is back this week! Thanks for everyone who came to visit the booth, both new fans and old!
This week, Â Wallflower is on the warpath… while Glamazon and Hex Kitten learn that “the enemy of my enemy” makes for a good super-hero team-up!
Reminder: The Hero Business Suggestion Box closes Saturday! Get in your cover homage ideas so our artists can draw ’em!
Of course it couldn’t have ended any other way…
I can only imagine one thing on Wallflower’s mind after hearing them both say that ‘dreaded’ word:
“Uh-oh…”
She was so focused on the bad things that she forgot the good things that always came out of the fights…Classic!!!!!!
And man, that expression on Wallflower’s face is one of the best you have done- perfect perspective for the moment, perfect mix of “oh crap!” and surprise.
awesome, that’s what I was shooting for…! LOL
I just noticed that her expression is so much different than your usual mouth and eye design, it’s a style you don’t seem to get to use all that often if ever in the strip
Not the usual Walko look, it’s nicely done
Why do the “villains” never realize the “heroes” have the capability of teaming up?
And this is where the master plan goes downhill. ^^; Maybe she should have given this more thought.
“You’re missing the point! There’s no throne, there is no version of this where you come out on top.”
I really should had seen this coming. I saw her facial design bore similarities to a villain and thought nothing of it. DAMN she’s good at being overlooked.
Wallflower. It’s in the name, eh? ; )
Maxim 29: The enemy of my enemy is my enemy’s enemy. No more; no less.
