“Frenemy Mine” p20
Our fourth storyline is just about over, but there’s still a couple of little twists before we wrap up. This weeks is Epilogue 1, where we reveal how Wallflower got her hands on that magic cat elixir in the first place!
Next week is Epilogue #2, and then we’ve got some Hero Business holiday strips before our second “Temp Week”, featuring some amazing artists!
And in preparation for the holidays, you can also grab some nifty gifts and Hero Biz swag at the Hero Business Gift Shop – including some 11×17 poster prints available for a limited time! And hey, like us on Facebook and you can get and extra-deal coupon code, too!
Ahha! erm, wait… ahha?
Well, it certainly sets up interesting things ahead for the HB gang…
SNAP.
I sort of expected she got the cat elixir from someone else.
Wallflower isn’t THAT evil by herself… But I didn’t know who gave it to her.
But that gives us another twist to the story!
(Whose picture is that behind Morgan’s? Does Morgan have a brother?)
Did I say Morgan? I meant Parker. I haven’t slept today.
looks a bit like Brody
That’s what I thought…
It would be so superhero comics if Brody and Parker turned out to be brother and sister.
It would be weird, though, because of Brody’s attraction to Parker.
Maybe Brody has an evil twin?!
that picture… you guys are an observant lot! 😀
Supervillains just can’t help themselves, for the bail Infernal Enterprises would get a patsy Superhero who could still be useful. Instead Wallflower could spill the beans to the cops and so to the Hero Business. Dominatrix can’t resist doing the bad thing for the sake of it.
Classic super-villain behavior…
Had a feeling Demonatrix was behind this. She better not betray too many people in this. You burn too many bridges, you end up stuck with no where to go.
Well, as the saying goes, “When you are burning a bridge, make sure it isn’t the one you are standing on.”
Why is Brody’s photo on Demonatrix’s desk?
Brody? Who said it was Brody? (although no one si saying it isn’t…)
I do not understand how Morgan being a former Hero, would erode trust. I mean that gives her more credentials really.
Well, all of a sudden at a public event she went batshit and started wailing on a respected figure. Makes her look a bit erratic and unbalanced, no?
exactly. You may love to follow the exploits of Brittany Spears… but would you trust her to run your marketing campaign?
Ouch! Way to twist the knife further. That still begs the question–WHY would Demonatrix want to take over the Hero Business in the first place??? Revenge? Using it to give evildoers good PR?
Maybe to take down all the heroes on their payroll? Or, *gasp* find out their secret identities!
But if they find out who the heroes are in the secret ID’s, then that could lead them…lead them to Jerry’s apartment!!!
What a delightful end! …hey, it it just me or does that tiny photo behind Parker look kind of like Uberboy?
who the heck IS that?!?
Called it back in page 3
why am I not surprised? Unfortunately it doesn’t look look like Demonatrix has a auxiliary plan for when the original has has backfired.
